Job summary
We are seeking to recruit a motivated and organised Clinical Support and Results Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support to the Wirral HIV Team, HIV Community Nurses, and the wider HIV Administration Team.
The post holder will be based in Wirral and will be expected to attend South Liverpool Treatment Centre at least once per month. Flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to supporting safe and effective patient care are essential for this role.

Main duties of the job
To undertake this role you will have experience of using Electronic Patient Record Systems, working with databases and data entry and will haveexcellent customer service skills.
You be liaising with patients and health care professionals and will be able establish a good rapport and professional relationships with others.You will commonly deal with information of a personal and sensitive nature and you will be expected to adhere to the highest standards ofconfidentiality in the course of your work.

Job description Job responsibilities
The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Wirral HIV Team and HIV Community Nursing Team, helping to coordinate ongoing care for patients living with HIV and ensuring an efficient, responsive and patient-focused service.
Key responsibilities will include:
Monitoring relevant service mailboxes, processing referrals, maintaining accurate information on the HIV database and Electronic Patient Record systems, and managing patient appointments using appropriate booking systems.
Undertaking pre- and post-clinic administrative tasks, sending appointment reminder text messages, completing medication checks, arranging postage where required, recording point-of-care testing results, and providing administrative support to clinical staff, including support for MDT meetings.
Carrying out general administrative duties to support the effective running of the service, including reception duties when required, while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy and professionalism at all times.
