Main duties of the job This role as a Care Assistant at Agincare UK in Andover provides an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. You will help clients with their daily routines, offer personal care, and be a friendly face to brighten their day. The job does not require prior experience, as fully funded training and professional development are provided. The position offers a flexible schedule, with contracts designed to work around you, and a range of benefits including a company pension scheme, Blue Light care discount package, and on demand pay. Additionally, there is a refer a friend scheme through which you can earn up to £1000. The salary is up to £13.40 per hour with 32p per mile for mileage. Having a full UK driving license is essential, and weekend availability is required. Qualifications Essential
No prior experience or qualifications in care are necessary. The role requires compassion, motivation, and a caring nature. The ability to work professionally as a team is essential. Candidates must have a minimum of 12 months on their right to work and a full UK driving license. Alternating weekends are required.
