Main duties of the job As a Practice Nurse at Operose Health, you will play a crucial role within our primary care team, focusing on enhancing patient care and service delivery. Essential duties include working with the registered manager to ensure compliance with CQC outcomes, collaborating with the general practice team, and providing patient care, treatment, and chronic disease management. Candidates must have Long Term Condition (LTC) experience and UK registration as a nurse with significant post-registration experience. Additionally, experience in cervical cytology, baby immunisations, and a good understanding of the quality outcomes framework are required.
