Job summary Were seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mandatory Trainer, predominantly focusing on the delivery of Fire Safety, Warden, and Evacuation training. There will also be a requirement to deliver other Quality & Safety training where needed such as BLS, PM&H, Conflict resolution for clinical colleagues across our Community Adult and Childrens Services. You will also deliver other Quality & Safety training like BLS and Conflict resolution across Community Adult and Childrens Services. This role can be part-time or flexible and involves travel to Essex, Kent, and Prison hubs. Responsibilities include supporting internal quality assurance of learning interventions, maintaining training course catalogues, and being involved in training projects. Candidates should have strong planning and time management skills. Essential criteria include being educated to degree level or equivalent, having a recognized level 4 teaching or training qualification, and experience in designing and delivering blended learning solutions.
