Job summary Package Description: Were seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mandatory Trainer, predominantly focusing on the delivery of Fire Safety, Warden, and Evacuation training. The main responsibilities include supporting internal quality assurance, maintaining up-to-date course information, participating in training projects and programmes, and supporting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in learning interventions.

Person Specification:
Essential criteria:
A relevant fire safety qualification e.g. IOSH, the Fire Protection Association Advanced Fire Safety Management, Membership of Institute of Fire Engineers, Loughborough Post Graduate Certificate in Fire Safety Management, CFPA Diploma or extensive fire service experience (Local Authority or MoD) and/or relevant fire service experience Educated to degree level or equivalent experience. Recognised level 4 teaching, training or assessing qualification (or willingness to achieve this within a set time period) Ability to deliver training covering a wide range of health and care appropriate subject specialisms. Experience of designing, developing and delivering high quality blended learning solutions suitable for a health and care audience. Experience of and competence in using digital tools in the development and delivery of training solutions Knowledge and experience of curriculum development and course designPackage Description

Qualifications Essential
The essential qualifications for the job include a relevant fire safety qualification such as IOSH, the Fire Protection Association Advanced Fire Safety Management, or membership of the Institute of Fire Engineers. Candidates should also be educated to degree level or hold equivalent experience, coupled with a recognized level 4 teaching, training, or assessing qualification or the willingness to acquire it within a specific timeframe.
