Here is what you will be doing each day:

As a Guest Services Supervisor you will be working with our Front Office Manager and Guest Services team to ensure consistent high quality customer service is delivered by providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests, prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. You will be working a rotating schedule, covering shifts on the front desk, while also providing leadership to the team and completing administrative tasks. You will participate in, support and/or lead department activities, such as: recruiting; scheduling; performance management; brand standard, policy & SOP compliance; reward enrollments; upselling programs; and training.

Key knowledge, skills or abilities that are required:

• A minimum 1-year hospitality experience, preferred.

• Previous supervisory experience.

• Ability to work long hours occasionally.

• Excellent computer skills - MS Office, customer relationship management (CRM) software - OPERA experience preferred.
