About this role
Provides leadership to all Foremen, Lead Persons and Installers, while developing a strong, successful image to our customers and in the community. Works with the Outside Sales Reps and Regional Estimator to develop equipment lists and scopes of work for projects. Maintains relationship with customer's field teams to ensure successful execution of assigned projects, as well as developing relationships for future work. Supervises branch field operations to ensure compliance with company policies
