About this role
We’re looking for an experienced Interior Design Lead with 10+ years in the industry to take charge of projects from concept to completion. This role is perfect for someone who can confidently present designs to clients and consultants, lead a creative team, and ensure high-quality production deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full interior design process—from initial concept and space planning to final executionPresent design proposals to clients, consultants, and stakeholders with confidence and clarityOversee and mentor a design team responsible for producing detailed drawings and project documentsCollaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure projects meet design intent, quality standards, and timelinesReview, refine, and approve design outputs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goalsMaintain strong design standards while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to every projectRequirements
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in interior designStrong portfolio showcasing end-to-end project ownershipProven ability to manage and mentor a design teamExcellent presentation and communication skillsProficient in Revit, SketchUp, and AutoCAD (non-negotiable—your software game has to be strong)Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
