North Alabama Bone and Joint Clinic (NABJC) is seeking a dedicated, fellowship-trained Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our growing team in Florence, Alabama. This is a unique opportunity to practice alongside highly skilled orthopedic surgeons and rehabilitation specialists in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
North Alabama Bone and Joint Clinic is a well-established, thriving orthopedic practice serving the Shoals region with high-quality, personalized musculoskeletal care.
Practice Highlights:
• 9 Physicians, including 8 board-certified orthopedic surgeons
• 2 locations: Florence and Muscle Shoals, AL
• On-site rehabilitation services and MRI facilities
• Utilizes ModMed EMR for streamlined, efficient documentation
• Reputation for excellence in both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic care

Scope of Practice
The ideal candidate will offer advanced interventional procedures, including but not limited to:
• Cervical and lumbar injections and ablations (e.g., facet joint radiofrequency ablations)
• Spinal cord stimulator trials and implants
• Genicular nerve ablations
• Shoulder nerve ablations
Enjoy an established referral base and high demand for these services across our orthopedic patient population.
Qualifications:
• Fellowship-trained in Interventional Pain Management/Pain Medicine
• BC/BE in PM&R, Anesthesiology, or Emergency Medicine
• Eligible for or holding a valid Alabama medical license.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality patient care
