About this role

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate credit approval stipulations to ensure documentation supports the underwriting decision and meets company guidelines, credit policy, and regulatory requirements.

• Evaluate stipulation documents from a credit underwriting viewpoint, including income, identity, residency, collateral, entity, and other required supporting documentation.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with underwriters to clarify approval conditions, resolve discrepancies, and confirm documentation requirements.

• Partners with dealers to obtain missing, corrected, or supplemental documentation needed to satisfy approval stipulations and move applications toward funding.

• Assist in timely follow-up on approved applications by monitoring outstanding stipulations and helping reduce delays in the credit and funding process.

• Identify potential documentation concerns, inconsistencies, or risk indicators and escalate to the appropriate underwriter or Credit Manager when needed.

• Support the funding process by helping ensure required documents are complete, accurate, and aligned with credit approval terms before funding review.

• Utilize Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Microsoft Office, and other internal tools to review applications, document actions, track stipulations, and maintain accurate records.

• Provide excellent service to dealer partners by answering stipulation-related questions, explaining documentation requirements, and reinforcing company processes.

• Work closely with Credit Analysts, Funding Analysts, Dealer Service Center team members, sales, customer service, and credit leadership to achieve department service levels.

• Develop foundational credit underwriting knowledge by learning company credit guidelines, loan structures, risk indicators, documentation standards, and decisioning processes.

• Participate in ongoing training and coaching designed to build underwriting readiness and support future progression into a Credit Analyst or Underwriter role.

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and written communications with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; associate degree or equivalent coursework in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in credit, 2-3 years in funding in a financial services, dealer services, loan processing, or related customer support environment preferred.

• Interest in learning credit underwriting and developing into a future underwriting role.

• Ability to review documentation carefully and determine whether stipulations have been satisfied according to established procedures.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with dealers, underwriters, and internal teams.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Research and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to identify discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately.

• Ability to follow established policies, procedures, and credit/funding processes.

• Basic understanding of consumer lending, financial services, or Powersports finance preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) preferred.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while supporting departmental goals and service levels.

• Ability to work on-site in Irving, TX.

Profile Differentiators:

• Experience in powersports finance, auto finance, motorcycle, ATV, UTV, PWC, or dealer-based lending environments.

• Experience reviewing loan documentation, funding packages, stipulations, or credit approval conditions.

• Experience communicating with dealer partners, sales teams, credit teams, or funding teams.

• Demonstrated interest in credit risk assessment, underwriting, and lending decision processes.

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup, FinTech, or high-growth financial services environment.
