The Hamrin field produces oil primarily from the Tertiary (Miocene) reservoirs — the Jeribe and Euphrates formations — with the Dhiban formation as a secondary reservoir.

Position Summary :
This position required to manage, maintain, and control stock levels of all food and cleaning materials for the camp. To work a standard rotation of two weeks on two weeks off
Primarily based at Camp but to cover all HKN locations. Reporting directly to the Catering Supervisor.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Ensure all food and cleaning materials are issued daily as requested.
• All materials issued are issued through the Stock Control System.
• Control stock levels of all materials by conducting a weekly stock check.
• Ensure all stock is being properly rotated.
• Assist in the preparation all of Food/Cleaning orders.
• Ensure all deliveries are checked for quantity and quality, reporting any discrepancies to the Catering supervisor.
• Manage and maintain proper hygiene practices in all storage areas.
• Daily temperature monitoring of all Storage fridges and freezers.
• Manage and maintain all equipment/assets under your responsibility reporting any issues to the Catering supervisor.
• Conduct weekly sanitation inspections with the catering supervisor.
• Use COSHH assessments when relevant and when the crew request chemicals ensure they are aware of the safe use of such chemicals.
• Attended all training sessions relevant to the job.
• Coordinate deliveries and stock replenishment schedules with the Head Chef and Camp Supervisor,
• Maintain accurate stock records and generate regular stock reports for the Catering Supervisor,
• Ensure proper labelling and dating of all stored items in line with FIFO practice,
• Assist with the loading and offloading of food and cleaning material deliveries.
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
• 5 Years of catering experience in a supervisory/inventory inventories role.
• Knowledge of Food/cleaning materials used in the catering industry.
• Computer Literate with knowledge of Excel/Microsoft Word.
• Knowledge of HACCP
• Knowledge of COSHH/MSDS
• Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely fashion.
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
• Driving license required.
Preferred:
• Good English preferred.
Physical Requirements
• Physically fitting for the role.
• Able to provide medical yellow card.
