JOB DESCRIPTION: Our Housekeeping Technician/ Floor Technician is accountable for the cleanliness and tidiness of the facility. This individual should be friendly and helpful. The individual should feel comfortable working in a variety of environments, to include office space, restroom facilities and warehouse areas. This individual must be comfortable working around individuals with disabilities and should be aware of and comfortable with cleaning restrooms which are used by individuals with limited control over physical functions.

Housekeeping Technicians/ Floor Technicians will be responsible for the following duties: Dusting office space. Sweeping and vacuuming. Mopping bathrooms. Maintaining the professional appearance of the facility. Performing daily, weekly and monthly assigned area cleaning duties outside the facility to include trash pick-up, sweeping, etc. Utilizing industrial floor cleaning equipment. Setting up conference rooms according to layout plan.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

EXPERIENCE: At least one year of housekeeping experience in an industrial or office environment, preferably in a nursing home, hospital or assisted living facility.

PAY: $15
