Summary: The Sales Delivery Coordinator coordinates and supports the sales delivery process for new and used commercial truck sales. The position works closely with the sales staff, customers, finance, accounting, title clerks, and administrative departments to ensure required documentation is complete and customers receive a smooth, organized, and professional delivery experience.

Location: Ephrata, PA

Essential Duties:

• Review completed truck deals submitted by sales staff for accuracy and completeness prior to delivery processing.

• Prepare delivery paperwork and supporting documents for sales staff and customers.

• Collet and organize required deal documentation, including insurance, driver's licenses, tax documents, trade paperwork, and signed forms.

• Review documents to ensure all supporting paperwork is properly signed and completed prior to funding or delivery.

• Communicate weekly with sales staff regarding upcoming deliveries and outstanding requirements.

• Contact customers prior to delivery to review deal details, required documents, payment expectations, registration information, and delivery timelines.

• Support customer satisfaction by helping provide a professional and organized delivery experience.

• Verify vehicle registration information, title applications, and tag fees for accuracy.

• Assist sales staff with calculating and reviewing tag and registration fees on deal worksheets when needed.

• Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations related to vehicle sales and registration.

• Maintain accurate delivery records and follow up on missing documentation after delivery.

• Work closely with accounting, title clerks, finance departments, and sales managers to resolve deal discrepancies.

• Assist with additional administrative or sales support duties as assigned.

• Valid Driver's License

• Successful completion of background checks and drug testing

Qualifications:

Required/Preferred Experience:

• Administrative, dealership, or commercial truck industry experience preferred.

• Experience managing documentation, deadlines, and customer communication in a fast-paced environment preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously.

• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.

• Deliveries are completed on schedule with accurate and complete documentation.

• Customers understand delivery requirements, payment expectations, registration needs, and timelines before arrival.

• Missing documents, title issues, tag questions, or deal discrepancies are identified early and tracked through resolution.

• Sales, accounting, finance, and title teams receive timely support and clear communication.
