This role is field-based and will require travel throughout the Atlantic Coast District Territory. Candidates should reside within a reasonable distance from Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC, Richmond, VA, Washington DC, or Baltimore, MD. Talent will be hired at a level commensurate with experience. The District Manager, Eye Care Surgical (Xen) responsible for leading a team to promote AbbVie’s Xen Gel stent within the refractory glaucoma market. The District Manager will oversee all aspects of managing the district’s sales results while overseeing the interviewing, selection, and development of Account Consultants on their team and managing the district’s customer facing activities for developing and maintaining relationships with strict adherence to compliance principles to ensure the overall success of US Interventional Glaucoma franchise.
