Responsible for the establishment, administration, and maintenance of a GMP training programDevelop training modules in collaboration with functional areas managers, subject matter experts and global AbbVie Training – Center of Excellence.Conducts orientation sessions, learning, and training experiences for new hires, transfers, and promoted employees as required by the business (i.e. New Hire Orientation, Facilitation Skills).Maintain the effectiveness of the Training Quality System.Ensure periodic review of training requirements and assessment of trainer qualification.Maintain and publish training metrics.Support functional managers with employee’s training plans.Promote and follow safety work practices in the workplace.Serve as the Site Quality representative in relation to GMP training program.Operational Excellence- Project/New Product Introduction

Support/Lead the review of global AbbVie Training Program Documents and provide feedback and/or impact to the site documents or to the operations.Support Training Department in customer satisfaction initiative and maintain training business processes.Coordinates the trainings, deployment and sustainability of continuous improvement programs as necessary.Facilitate training implementation in functional areas with subject matter experts.Lead site training initiatives and/or improvement projects (As assigned). Bachelor's in Business Administration, Sciences (i.e., Biology, Chemistry), Pharmacy, or Engineering, with a minimum of 4 years of related working experience for Training Specialist and 6 years of related working experience for Senior Training Specialist in the Training field.Experience in Documentation Control, Training Program related areas in a Compliance (GxP) environment is required.Knowledge in Training Management System and regulations is preferred.Effective communicator with experience with internal and external stakeholders is required.Highly Motivated, Independent, Organized and Growth mindset.Able to be a team player and collaborate with different departments and all levels of the organization.Agile and able to respond to business urgent requests.Microsoft office skills.
