About this role
This role will partner with the business function to achieve both functional and HR goal with the leaders, plan and execute cross HR projects, and provide operational support to Business HR Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Business HR partnering
Serve as the primary strategic partner to the business. Assist in creating and implementing HR Strategies to meet organizational and business needs.Coach, consult, and influence the business leaders, regarding leadership development, succession planning, and talent management.Ensure the effective delivery of all HR programs and service, and be responsible for HR results in the business, including client satisfaction, HR effectiveness, and associated financial results.Drive people manager development to create clarity and consistency of expectations, accountability, and enrich manager/employee experiences. Partner with people leaders to shape a culture of high employee engagement, high performance, diversity and inclusion.Prioritize critical projects based on business needs and available resourcesCross HR projects and support Business HR Team operation
Plan and execute cross-functional HR projects in collaboration with HR and internal key stakeholders.Provide operational and administrative support to Business HR Team in day-to-day activities, including data creation and follow-up actions.Assist in driving consistent Business HR processes and standardization across business units or functions.Contribute to continuous improvement of Business HR process quality and operational efficiency.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and effective execution of HR-related tasks. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR project support, or HRBP support roles.Strong understanding of core HR processes and general HR business partnering activities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.High level of integrity and confidentiality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across different functions and levels in English and Japanese. Experience in a multinational or matrix organization is preferred.Competencies:
