*This is a hybrid role and you will be required to be onsite at our office Tuesday-Thursday*
The Associate Director (AD) will be responsible for planning and executing Patient strategies and tactics for ELAHERE, the first and only approved treatment for FRα-positive platinum-resistant ovarian cancer and EMRELIS, the first and only c-Met targeted ADC approved in 2L+ NSCLC. The AD will support both brands in a 70/30 split of their time, and work closely with multiple departments to ensure alignment in strategic direction and market execution. The AD will foster positive working relationships with advocacy, public affairs, sales, sales training, medical affairs, market research, regulatory, and other cross franchise teams.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Support and participate in the development of strategy for patient tacticsHelp build the yearly brand tactical plans and develop tactics that align to the strategic brand plan primarily for patient promotions, including omnichannel strategy and planningPartner with medical, legal, and regulatory teams to review and approve patient materials.Manage and develop a Marketing Manager focused on ELAHERE and collaborate with internal/external networks, consultants, and agency partnersPerform budget tracking for responsible tacticsContribute to presentations for Executive LeadershipEstablish and maintain relationships with advocacy groups where appropriateProactively support the sales force through ongoing communications of patient materials, as well as through development and implementation of patient brochures and other leave-behindsContinually evaluate the effectiveness of marketing plans and recommend changes in strategy or tactics as appropriate Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree. 5-7 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience with experience in Consumer/Patient marketingStrong analytics with excellent overall business acumenExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to foster strong relationships with senior management and external partnersPreferred Qualifications:
Oncology/hematology experience, especially ovarian cancer or lung cancerExperience in pharmaceutical salesKnowledge of marketing concepts within strategic planning processStrong collaboration and team orientation, with experience accomplishing results through others and influencing othersDemonstrated understanding of principles of market research to draw valid conclusions Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law:
The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.This job is eligible to participate in our long-term incentive programs.
