Key Responsibilities
Manage diaries, monitor inboxes and prioritise actions to keep the team running smoothlyMaintain and update the CRM, including generating reports for data trackingPrepare client correspondence, submissions, proposals and presentation materialsProcess expense claims and credit card reconciliationsHandle billing and invoicing, including commission, marketing and advertising charges, ensuring all documentation meets audit requirementsCoordinate and deliver successful client and internal events What You’ll Bring
Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to your workIntermediate to advanced MS Office skills and fast, accurate typingStrong ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlinesA proactive mindset with plenty of initiative and creative problem‑solvingExperience in real estate or professional services is desirableAdobe InDesign knowledge is an advantage, but not essentialYour bright, energetic personality and strong administrative capability will set you up for success in this rewarding role.
