As a SIT / E2E Test Analyst - Senior Associate, you will engage in the dynamic world of Business Application Consulting, specifically focusing on Automation Testing. Within our Advisory - Other competency network, you will be at the forefront of delivering client support in the Banking and Capital Markets sector. This role offers the chance to work closely with clients, helping them navigate complex testing scenarios and providing valuable insights to enhance their operations.
As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to manage workstreams and develop deliverables within client service engagements. You will build meaningful client connections and guide junior team members, fostering an environment of growth and learning. Your role will involve interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, maintaining professional standards, and embracing increased ambiguity to deliver quality work.

Responsibilities
Executes SIT, E2E, and UAT testing for the DNA conversion wave. Some resources begin in Jan 2027 as a standing DNA test preparation team, with full activation in Q4 2027 when DNA SIT ramps. Tests DNA-specific banking products and validates integration hand-offs from the Integration workstream.
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4+ years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
