As a Workday Absence Senior Associate - Operate, you will engage with clients to deliver tailored solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills in Workday Human Capital to address complex business challenges and provide strategic insights. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigating complex situations to deliver quality outcomes and grow your personal brand.

Responsibilities
- Supporting client engagements by leveraging Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions - Conducting business process improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations - Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret workforce analytics and inform strategic decisions - Managing human resources project budgets and timelines to align with client expectations - Facilitating change management processes to drive successful HR transformations - Collaborating with teams to develop employee engagement strategies and surveys - Implementing Workday Talent Management and Recruiting modules to optimize talent acquisition - Engaging in benefits administration and strategic human resource planning for client organizations - Applying business analysis skills to identify opportunities for organizational development - Promoting inclusion and organizational culture initiatives within client environments
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials - Demonstrating analytical thinking and business process improvement - Utilizing strategic human resource planning and talent management - Managing Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting projects - Embracing change and creativity in HR transformation - Navigating complex client support scenarios with intellectual curiosity
