As a Workday Compensation Senior Associate, you will engage directly with clients to deliver tailored solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. Your role will involve leveraging your skills in Workday Human Capital to address complex business challenges and drive impactful results. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, mentor junior team members, and uphold professional standards, all while growing your personal brand and technical skills.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing complex business processes to identify opportunities for improvement within Workday Human Capital Management systems - Managing client support engagements to deliver tailored solutions in Workday Compensation - Implementing strategic human resource planning and transformation initiatives using Workday tools - Conducting workforce analytics to inform data-driven decision-making and optimize talent management strategies - Collaborating with clients to develop and execute human resources project management plans - Facilitating change management processes to enhance organizational development and employee engagement - Utilizing benefits administration and succession planning techniques to support client objectives - Leading business process improvement efforts to streamline operations and enhance efficiency - Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to address human resources challenges and opportunities
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials - Demonstrating proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting - Utilizing analytical thinking for business process improvement - Managing change effectively within human resources projects - Engaging in strategic human resource planning and talent management - Applying workforce analytics to drive organizational development - Excelling in communication and active listening skills
