As a Workday Integration – Senior Associate - Operate, you will engage with clients to deliver tailored Workday solutions that enhance their business operations. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex client needs and develop meaningful relationships. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze intricate problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building client connections and understanding the broader business context, using your skills to anticipate needs and deliver quality solutions.

Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing Workday integration solutions to support client needs - Collaborating with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Utilizing Workday Studio and Workday Extend to design and deploy integration solutions - Conducting process optimization and improvement initiatives to enhance system performance - Leveraging Workday Prism Analytics for data analysis and reporting - Supporting business transformation projects by integrating Workday HCM and other modules - Engaging in strategic technology planning to align Workday solutions with client objectives - Providing client support and guidance on Workday projects and reporting capabilities - Embracing change and fostering innovation in Workday technology implementations - Analyzing complex data sets to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials - Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Reporting - Utilizing strategic technology planning for business transformation - Excelling in analytical thinking and process optimization - Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility - Developing Workday HCM solutions for client support - Managing Workday projects with a focus on client satisfaction
