As a Workday - Experienced Associate, you will engage in consulting services for a variety of business applications, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of Workday applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will focus on providing a broad range of consulting services across various Workday applications within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice. You will take ownership of your development, appreciate diverse perspectives, and adopt habits to sustain performance. By actively listening and asking questions, you will gather information to analyze facts and discern patterns, committing to understanding how the business works and building commercial awareness. Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement effective Workday software solutions - Providing training and support for seamless integration of Workday applications - Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting - Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans for Workday implementations - Assisting in the design and execution of business process modeling and standardization - Engaging in systems project management to deliver quality outcomes for clients - Utilizing technical consultation skills to address client challenges and requirements - Supporting enterprise integration efforts to enhance client business systems - Participating in the development of training materials for client education - Applying innovative design and emerging technologies to improve client solutions - Gathering and analyzing data to inform project architecture and budgeting decisions - Building a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and adapting to diverse client environments
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 1 years of experience of Workday product experience - Current pursuit of or an a Workday Pro certification - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Organizational Management/Behavior - Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) - Utilizing skills in business process modeling and enterprise integration - Engaging in innovative design and technology implementation projects - Developing training materials for emerging technologies - Applying intellectual curiosity to drive business model development - Excelling in active listening and communication within diverse teams
