As a Workday - Experienced Associate, you will engage in consulting services within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk network, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of Workday applications. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of your development, applying a learning mindset to adapt to diverse client needs and team dynamics. You will gather information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns, contributing to the success of our clients and the team. By actively listening and expressing ideas clearly, you will build commercial awareness and uphold professional and technical standards, reinforcing the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement effective Workday software solutions - Providing training and support for seamless integration of Workday applications - Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives - Applying technical consultation skills to support Workday projects and initiatives - Developing training materials to enhance client understanding and utilization of Workday systems - Engaging in business process modeling to improve client workflows and system integration - Utilizing enterprise integration techniques to facilitate smooth technology implementation - Participating in systems project management to deliver quality outcomes for clients - Gathering information from diverse sources to discern patterns and inform decision-making - Adapting to fast-paced environments and diverse client challenges to drive value and growth

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 1 years of experience of Workday product experience - Current pursuit of or an a Workday Pro certification - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Organizational Management/Behavior - Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) projects - Utilizing skills in business process modeling and enterprise integration - Engaging in innovative design and technology implementation - Developing training materials for emerging technologies - Applying intellectual curiosity to drive business model development - Excelling in teamwork and communication within diverse environments
