Job Description Deputy Manager- Business Analytics This position is responsible for building and implementing data driven performance marketing initiates for the Ecommerce vertical of the business. Must have Excel experience. Good to have Python experience.* Design, develop, and implement analytical models, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends. * Conduct in-depth analysis of market data, sales performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency to provide strategic recommendations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Finance) to understand their analytical needs and deliver tailored insights. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data analysis and present findings to senior management. * Develop and maintain data integrity and quality standards within analytical systems. * Stay abreast of industry best practices in business analytics, data science, and pharmaceutical trends. * Present complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Manage multiple analytical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
