XS is a licensed fast-growing Multi-Asset CFD Broker, looking to hire a dynamic Head of SEO to join our team of experts!

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies.
• Work towards organic search optimization and increasing organic traffic.
• Regularly perform thorough keyword research
• Optimize website structure, content, and technical.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and designers, to implement SEO best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs.
• Prepare and present reports regularly.
• Identify problems and deficiencies and implement solutions promptly.
• Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization.
• Collaborate with web developers and other teams.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO, digital marketing trends, and best practices.
• Ability to successfully facilitate and communicate with multiple teams in a multicultural environment.
Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in SEO (Strong Technical SEO skills required)
• Proven success in SEO for Revenue Generation
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google Tag Manager, Google Tracking
• Knowledge of web analytics tools including Moz, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
• In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods
• Experience in analyzing data and deriving insights from it.
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
