Provide clerical support in the Business Affairs Office by filing, organizing, scanning, and delivering documents. Ideal for students with attention to detail, organizational skills, and an interest in administrative work.
Responsibilities and Career Competencies:
• Filing and organizing documents in both digital and paper formats – C, P, T
• Scanning documents and saving them to appropriate locations – C, T, P
• Delivering documents and materials across campus – TW, C, P
• Preparing and sorting paperwork for processing – C, CT, P
• Maintaining confidentiality and following office procedures – P, C, TW

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10 hours per week (flexible).
Work Conditions: Normal office environment.
Physical Demands: Keyboarding, reaching, stooping, lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs.
