The Admissions Data Communications Assistant will contribute to the development of Admissions by software systems. Their knowledge of systems like Slate and Ellucian Databases will simplify queries for admissions staff and technological needs of the department.
Responsibilities and Career Competencies:
• Support the setup, testing, and monitoring of workflows, queries, and imports within Admissions platforms (C, T, CT)
• Perform routine data audits to identify duplicates, errors, or incomplete records within Admissions systems (CT, T, P)
• Help manage digital documents and workflows in ImageNow, including scanning, indexing, and routing Admissions materials (T, P, TW)
• Provide technical support to Admissions staff on system features, login issues, and workflow processes (C, T, P, TW)
• Help pull data from Slate and Ellucian for enrollment reporting, prospect management, and application tracking (CT, T, C)
