At Miinto, we’re redefining fashion retail — connecting shoppers, boutiques and brands in 14 markets across Europe and the United States. We’re now looking for a Customer Success Agent to join our multicultural Warsaw hub and deliver exceptional experiences to our European customers.

What you’ll do
● 🎯 Be a trusted fashion guide – help customers discover the perfect style during their shopping journey. ● 💬 Deliver top-tier support via email and live chat — always with empathy, efficiency and flair. ● 🔍 Problem-solve with impact – troubleshoot and coordinate with internal teams for swift resolutions. ● 📊 Be the customer’s voice – collect and share feedback to help us shape better products and services. ● 🤝 Work across teams to create seamless, memorable customer experiences.
What makes you a great fit
● Fluent in English (spoken & written) – bonus points for extra languages. ● A natural communicator with a customer-first mindset. ● Proactive, adaptable and resourceful – you enjoy finding solutions, not just answers. ● Team player who thrives in cross-functional, multicultural environments. ● Previous customer service experience is a plus (but your mindset matters more). ● Available to work some weekend shifts.
