Role Overview

We're looking for a Financial Accounting Manager to join our Finance team and play a key role in maintaining the integrity and quality of the Group's financial accounting. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you'll help oversee the accounting and reporting activities for our lending and investment portfolios and hedging instruments, ensuring that our financial information is accurate, insightful, and supports informed business decisions.

You'll be responsible for reviewing the work of the Financial Accounting team, providing expert guidance on IFRS and accounting matters, strengthening our control framework, and ensuring compliance with Group policies and accounting standards. You will also play an important role in analysing financial information, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the business through ongoing system enhancements, process automation initiatives, and the implementation of new technologies that strengthen the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of our finance function.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong accounting professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, developing people, and contributing to a dynamic, growing digital bank.
