Professional responsible for the planning, monitoring, and control of highly complex projects, ensuring adherence to established deadlines, targets, and performance indicators. The role involves developing, maintaining, and analyzing master schedules, fostering the integration of various project disciplines, and providing strategic insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and control project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Apply project management methodologies and best practices based on PMI and AACE International standards.
• Conduct performance analyses using the Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology, monitoring schedule and cost indicators.
• Control and analyze project KPIs, including Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI).
• Identify, monitor, and analyze the Critical Path (Critical Path Method - CPM), evaluating impacts and opportunities for schedule recovery.
• Develop and execute Time Impact Analyses (TIA), assessing events and changes that may affect contractual project milestones.
• Prepare and present weekly progress reports, including S-curves, dashboards, and management performance analyses.
• Develop medium- and short-term schedules, including 3-Week Look Ahead (3WLA) and 3-Month Look Ahead (3MLA) methodologies.
• Support the project management team through trend analysis, completion forecasts, and recommendations for schedule-related risk mitigation.
• Ensure the integrity, currency, and traceability of planning and control data throughout the project lifecycle.
