We are seeking a Retail Training & Development Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This office-based role is responsible for the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs that support the professional development of our retail store personnel. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver structured training programs for retail store staff, including onboarding, product knowledge, customer service standards, and sales methodology Conduct training needs assessments across store locations and develop tailored curricula accordingly Produce training materials, documentation, and reference resources Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, implementing improvements as required Provide store management with coaching frameworks and employee development plans Maintain awareness of industry best practices and evolving training methodologies Skills Needed: Demonstrated experience in training, coaching, or organizational development, preferably within a retail setting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to translate organizational objectives into effective, actionable training content Strong organizational skills with a track record of program follow-through Capacity to work independently and manage time effectively We welcome applications from qualified candidates who are passionate about developing talent within a retail environment.
