About this role
As a Waste Management Assistant, you will join an experienced team, supporting the day-to-day operations of our waste collection and environmental services. Under supervision you will gain practical, hands-on experience by observing and assisting with the safe collection, handling, transportation, and disposal of waste and recyclable materials while learning how the business operates efficiently and in compliance with environmental and health and safety regulations. Throughout the placement, you will develop a broad range of practical and transferable skills, including waste handling procedure
