About this role
This is a developmental opportunity no experience required. Training will be provided Duties include: - Help supervise and ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times. -Provide a caring, supportive, and inclusive environment where children feel valued. - Help organise and facilitate age-appropriate activities (arts & crafts, games, homework support, outdoor play). -Encourage positive behaviour and help children develop social skills. -Support children with homework and provide guidance where needed. -Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment. -Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding children’s progress, concerns, or incidents. -Follow all policies and procedures, including child protection, health & safety, and safeguarding guidelines. -Attend staff meetings, training, and professional development as required. -Report any concerns about children’s welfare to the designated person in charge..
