About this role
Duties to include: - Carry out day to day maintenance and upkeep of premises including minor repairs, ensuring premises is always presented well. - Maintaining hygiene standards of premises. - Making sure heating, lighting & alarm systems are working correctly. - Check doors & windows are locked when the building is not in use. - Opening & closing of premises. - Setting up and clearing of rooms for groups. - Maintenance of outside area. - Attend meetings and training courses when necessary.This is a development opportunity and no previous experience is necessary.
