Maty Catering Limited, require one Chef de Partie, for a busy restaurant, The Cock Tavern, located at 31 Main Street, Swords, Co. Dublin, K67 X923. It is required 2 Yrs., min. experience in preparing and cooking quality cuisine to department and internal standards. Must be hardworking and capable of producing high quality foods. Duties will include assisting in the food preparation process, cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes, preparing vegetables, meats and fish, assisting other Chefs, helping with deliveries and restocking, assisting with stock rotation Cleaning stations.
