About this role
Opening and closing of building to allow groups access at allocated days and times. Checking building is secure in the evenings. Maintenance and general upkeep of outside area and removing rubbish. General maintenance and small repairs to building. Arranging tables and chairs, etc. for meetings and clear away afterwards. Monitoring access of groups and making sure rooms are tidied and made ready for the next group. Ensuring rooms are ventilated after each group. .. CE Scheme Skills
