About this role

As an Automation/Industrial IT Engineer specializing in the nuclear sector, you will join ALTEN teams to work on large-scale projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Control System Development: Design and develop control-command systems for nuclear facilities.Programming and Configuration: Program PLCs and configure SCADA systems for installation supervision.Problem Analysis and Resolution: Diagnose and solve technical issues related to automated systems.Technical Documentation: Write procedures, technical architecture files, and test reports.Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to ensure proper integration of automated systems You hold a degree from an engineering school or a Master’s degree (Bac +5) and have prior experience in a similar role, ideally in an agile environment. You demonstrate a strong interest in the technical aspects of this field.

Key Skills:

Proficiency in professional English and FrenchProficiency in programming tools (LabVIEW, Python, C#) and communication protocols (OPC, TCP-IP, Modbus)Knowledge of Eurocodes and nuclear-specific regulations (ETC-C, RCC-G, RCC-CW)Familiarity with the nuclear environment and best practices for safety-critical activities (installations, systems, equipment, operations, etc.) Why choose ALTEN?
