About this role

Support the UN Resident Coordinator’s Office (RCO) in Cambodia to advance peacebuilding, human rights, social inclusion, and the “Leave No One Behind” (LNOB) agenda. The role contributes to the UN Cooperation Framework 2024–2028, helping Cambodia achieve sustainable and inclusive development as it prepares to graduate from Least Developed Country (LDC) status by 2029. Key Responsibilities Conduct research, data collection, and analysis on peacebuilding, social inclusion, and human rights. Monitor political, social, and human rights developments. Support stakeholder mapping and engagement with government, civil society, and development partners. Assist in organizing consultations, dialogues, and coordination meetings. Draft reports, meeting notes, briefs, and advocacy materials. Provide administrative and logistical support for events and missions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, Development Studies, Law, Human Rights, or a related field. Fluent English. Strong research, analytical, writing, and organizational skills. Interest or experience in human rights, inclusive development, civil society engagement, and stakeholder coordination. Proficiency in standard office software.
