About this role
Support UNDP Colombia’s Peace, Justice and Crisis Response Area in building partnerships and advancing innovative financing solutions that contribute to peacebuilding, governance, territorial development, access to justice, and sustainable development. Key Responsibilities Conduct quantitative, economic, and territorial analyses to identify development trends, financing gaps, and investment opportunities. Map and monitor private sector actors, foundations, business associations, impact investors, and other strategic partners. Track developments in private sector engagement, impact investing, blended finance, and sustainable development financing. Document lessons learned, innovative practices, and partnership-related knowledge products. Support coordination between programme teams, resource mobilization efforts, and external relations functions. Assist with partnership development and strategic positioning activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, International Business, International Relations, Development Studies, or a related field. Fluent Spanish (required); working knowledge of English desirable. Strong quantitative, analytical, research, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments.
