Responsibilities include reading blueprints, calibrating welding machines, preparing metal surfaces, performing welds in various positions (e.g., flat, vertical, overhead), and inspecting final products for structural defects and quality control. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years’ experience is required. Good communication skills. A team player.
