JM Group is seeking a reliable and experienced Embroidery & Printing Machine Operator to join our production team in Ballymount, Dublin 12. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating embroidery and garment printing machinery, ensuring that all customer orders are produced accurately, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard. The role also includes packing and order preparation duties. Key Responsibilities - Operate embroidery and garment printing machinery in line with production requirements. - Set up and run machines according to approved artwork and job specifications. - Produce embroidered and printed garments accurately and efficiently. - Inspect garments for quality, including positioning, colours, sizing, and quantities. - Carry out basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance. - Identify and report machine faults and production issues in a timely manner. - Minimise production errors, material waste, and rework. - Fold, label, and pack completed orders for dispatch or collection. - Maintain a clean, organised, and safe production environment. - Collaborate effectively with the production team to meet customer deadlines. - Perform other reasonable production duties as required. Requirements - Previous experience operating embroidery or garment printing machinery is highly desirable. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards. - Ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines. - Reliable, punctual, and well-organised. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required. - Physically capable of performing production-related duties.
