Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality person-centred support Act as a Key Worker for allocated individuals Support personal care while maintaining dignity and respect Administer medication in line with policy Assist individuals to access their community Support daily household activities Complete care documentation accurately Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams Promote safeguarding and positive outcomes What You'll Bring Essential: QQI Level 5 qualification Qualification in Social Care or related discipline Excellent spoken and written English Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred practice Desirable: Experience working in disability or social care Full driving licence Why Join Resilience?
