We are seeking an experienced Architect with deep expertise across industrial, residential, and commercial projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages tight deadlines like a pro, and adapts quickly to constructive feedback to deliver top-tier results.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop architectural plans for industrial, residential, and commercial buildsPrepare detailed drawings, models, and project documentation using AutoCAD and RevitCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goalsReview project requirements and translate concepts into functional and innovative architectural solutionsConduct site reviews, assessments, and design revisions based on project progress and feedbackEnsure all plans comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standardsManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlinesRespond promptly to feedback and adjust designs or documentation as neededRequirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of architectural experience across industrial, residential, and commercial sectorsStrong proficiency in AutoCAD and RevitExceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple high-priority projectsStrong communication skills with the ability to take and apply feedback effectivelyAbility to work in a fast-moving, high-performance environmentAmenable to work during U.S. business working hours
