BRIEF DESCRIPTION As part of the Sales Operations team, the Sales Success Specialist supports the effectiveness of the sales organization through systems, tools, and process support. This role provides training, guidance, and day-to-day support to help the sales team operate efficiently and execute key initiatives. The Sales Success Specialist builds collaborative relationships across the organization and partners with sales teams and leadership to support initiatives aligned with KAP and KSP processes. Job Title: Sales Success Specialist Location: Brooklyn Park, MN (hybrid) Pay: $50,000-$62,000 Responsibilities: • Provide support and training on sales systems and digital tools (e.g., CRM, Power BI, Power Apps, Kurita Advisor, eLink/KC360 reporting, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). • Assist with the design, testing, and rollout of new systems, tools, and process improvements. • Respond to sales team questions and requests, supporting day-to-day system and process needs. • Lead region training as requested, collaborating with regional managers on topics. • Partner with customers and sales teams to support new customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience and accurate data entry. • Collaborate with sales leadership to support reporting and data needs for key initiatives. • Assist with RFP responses and proposal development in partnership with the sales team. • Generate and maintain standard and ad hoc sales reports; review data for accuracy and consistency. • Support lead generation activities and early stages of the sales process. • Document Sales Success processes and identify opportunities for improvement. • Contribute to special projects and team initiatives as assigned. • Note: This role may have a focus area (e.g., specific industries, regions, or functions) but will be cross-trained across all Sales Success responsibilities. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred • 1+ years of experience supporting a sales team, customer experience, or related role. • Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred; familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; exposure to Power Platform tools is a plus. • Ability to learn and work with data and digital tools to support sales activities.
