We are currently looking to grow our team with a Talent Acquisition Trainee for Palmela : What will your responsibilities be? Participate in the full recruitment cycle across various roles for the project(s) assigned (headhunting, sourcing, job posting screening, interviewing, job offer management, negotiation and pre-boarding documentation). Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience and cultural fit Demonstrates and promotes the Group’s core values (currently defined as People Profile) or any future frameworks that reflect the company’s cultural and behavioral expectations Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Success Factors Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies from the VW Group What skills are we looking for? BSc.
