We're looking for a new colleague to join our Scania Bus & Coach team as the right hand of our Sales Manager. This is a dynamic role combining sales administration, public procurement coordination, data management, and close collaboration with colleagues across the business. Provide administrative support to the Bus & Coach sales team. Manage and maintain data in internal systems while preparing reports and ensuring data accuracy. Prepare customer quotations, invoices, and documentation related to vehicle deliveries. Coordinate the administrative aspects of public procurement processes and ensure smooth execution. Work closely with colleagues from Sales, Marketing, and other departments. Contribute ideas to improve processes and increase the efficiency of day-to-day operations. What are we looking for? We're looking for someone who: has experience in administration, sales support, or a coordination role, is well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently, enjoys working with data and numbers, has good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, has strong communication and teamwork skills, is fluent in Czech or Slovak and has a basic working knowledge of English. It will be an advantage if you have experience with public procurement administration, knowledge of the bus, coach, or commercial vehicle industry, experience with Power BI and data analytics, experience with Power Automate or other process automation tools, practical experience using AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to improve productivity and streamline daily work, a proactive mindset and a passion for improving processes and driving innovation.
