Overview The Sr. Manager, Social Media, Influencers and Talent for HEYDUDE is responsible for leading the brand's social media, influencer marketing, and talent partnership strategy. This role drives cultural relevance, brand engagement, and consumer advocacy by developing integrated programs across owned, earned, and influencer channels. Reporting within the Marketing organization, this leader partners cross-functionally to deliver impactful storytelling and measurable business results. What You'll Do Lead HEYDUDE's organic social media strategy across key platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, seasonal priorities, and product launches. Develop and execute integrated social, influencer, and talent marketing programs that drive engagement, brand awareness, and consumer advocacy. Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Coordinated Marketing, Creative, Commercial Marketing, PR, and Paid Media teams to ensure consistent storytelling and campaign amplification. Build, manage, and optimize relationships with creators, influencers, celebrities, athletes, and cultural partners that authentically connect with target audiences. Oversee influencer and talent budgets, contracts, deliverables, and agency partnerships while ensuring strong operational execution. Monitor consumer trends, social platform evolution, and cultural moments to identify opportunities that strengthen brand relevance and innovation. Measure and analyze social, influencer, and talent program performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations and future strategies. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, creativity, and continuous growth. What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience; MBA preferred. Minimum 8+ years of digital, social media, influencer, or related marketing experience, preferably within consumer brands. Minimum 3+ years of people leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to develop and lead high-performing teams. Deep knowledge of major social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, talent partnerships, and emerging digital trends. Proven ability to create and execute cross-platform campaigns that drive measurable results, including engagement, audience growth, brand perception, and business impact. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex performance data into actionable business insights and strategies. Excellent project management, organizational, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills. Experience managing agencies, budgets, contracts, and external partners in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Title: Sr. Manager, Social Media, Influencer & Talent Salary or Pay Range: $139,000 - $149,000 Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
