ABOUT THE ROLE Responsible OEM Customer Projects on localization and developing metal material, structure component, core components, Component integration, process technology (welding, quenching, chrome plating etc) Reports to (role): KEY RESPONSIBILITIES NTI projects introduce to China, Support the application engineering for quotation, maintenance for metal material, structure component. Develop these material & components as projects timing. Troubleshooting and failure problem solving on these material & components. Support supplier development, supply the technical support to supplier. Drive design, design change technical review and release prints; Create or update the design rule, spec, DFMEA. Follow Global components ECM change, replicate into TEN China system. Finish material/component PPAP approval according project timing. JOB REQUIREMENTS 3 years working experience in product technical engineering function in automotive industry (shock absorber manufacturing process advantage). Component development experience, Supplier support experience Independent advancement of individual tasks, able to withstand strong work pressure Above and bachelor’s degree with metal material, automotive or mechanical background. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
