FUNCTIONS Responsible for procurement management, purchase order expediting and follow-up, negotiations, claims handling, supplier evaluation and development, and logistics of supplies and purchases. Coordinates the personnel within this Group regarding the tasks and responsibilities established in the documents referenced herein. Ensures compliance with applicable KPIs for the Purchasing Group. Ensures achievement of goals established in HRIS or any objectives defined outside the system. Processes purchase orders and proposals, manages supplier payments, and oversees materials receipt management (Goods Receipt in ASAP). Complies with Andritz Hydro Group regulations, ensuring that suppliers and contractors are informed of and adhere to such requirements. Responsible for the results of the Group indicated herein, including management within the SRM system and the execution of AUTO-PO and Shopping Portal processes, where applicable. COMPETENCIES. English - Advance Professional Degree: Electrical Engineering Technical knowledge (electrical panels/switchboards, MCCs, cables, installation materials, electrical instrumentation, and electrical equipment in general). 6 years of technical experience, not necessarily in procurement.
